My ancient Door King driveway gate opener gave it up about three days ago. After manually opening and closing the gate several times a day, I finally clicked on home advisor looking for a contractor to replace it. Within 1 hour of my post, I received a call from Chris, owner of First Class Fence. I explained the problem and he told me he could take a look that afternoon. As promised, he arrived about two hours later, assessed the problem and recommended a new opener. I agreed and asked him to put me on his schedule. Two hours later he returned with the opener! He decommissioned the old Door King and installed a new Liftmaster, programmed it, then returned the following morning for a little welding and it was done! His expertise was obvious. This is the best service from a contractor that I have ever experienced. I highly recommend him.

Chris is a "stand up" guy. He came in when we had a rather immediate problem, put in an electric gate that looks like a very nice wooden gate. Also put in the garage door opener we needed. This was when we first bought this house and were just moving in. There were a couple of glitches afterward, but he always came through. He is busy, for sure, so we had to wait a couple of times, but he stood by his work and replaced a bent frame hinge at no charge. We still can't figure out what caused the problem, thinking maybe aliens, but the point is that Chris made it right. Thank you, Chris!
